Known as an innovative and creative leader, Vaccaro has thrived in various economic cycles, leading his teams to gain market share and exceed their goals. Vaccaro brings a team of seasoned mortgage professionals that head Movement Mortgage's Redding, CA branch.

"The mortgage industry has shifted, making it difficult for small- to mid-sized mortgage banks to compete. I decided to join Movement, a top ten nationwide lender, to continue to build and grow in an environment of community with products and programs to compete in this new market space," says Vaccaro. "Joining Movement was about finding the right company so my team can thrive and produce. This is the secret sauce of growing production."

Patty Trimble, regional director at Movement, shared her sentiment about the company's continued growth in this market: "With an industry veteran like Ed at the helm of expanding our teams, I am confident that Movement's mission as an impact lender will be further solidified in the Redding, CA and surrounding areas." She continued, "I am also very excited to welcome accomplished mortgage professionals to our Redding branch: branch leader Bob Taylor (NMLS #995796) and loan officers Christine Springer (NMLS #231057), Heather Stokes (NMLS #234725) and Heidi Meeks (NMLS #508426). They are all well respected in the Redding community and we are blessed to have them."

Vaccaro says Movement Mortgage's vision to love and value people aligns with his personal values and was one of the drivers that led him to join the 5,000-employee strong lender. When asked which local outreach he supports, Vaccaro shared, "I volunteer at the Trinity Center and cook for the homeless. Cooking is another passion of mine and I often bring my BBQ to realtor and builder events as well as community events." Vaccaro took 3rd place in the Salinas, CA 12th Annual Veterans Day Parade Pitmasters Rib Cookoff. All proceeds were donated to veterans.
