Chris Nagle Stays In Wilmington But Moves To Movement Mortgage
WILMINGTON, NC — Movement Mortgage, the nation's sixth-largest retail mortgage lender, is excited to announce the addition of Loan Officer Chris Nagle to its team serving the South Atlantic Region, including metropolitan Wilmington.
Nagle (NMLS #114191) brings with him 16+ years of home financing experience, having most recently served homebuyers and real estate agents as VP of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate and as a loan officer at Alpha Mortgage, both in the Wilmington area.
“I moved down to North Carolina from Rochester, NY in 1996 to attend college,” says Nagle. “After graduating, I started working in the auto industry, and by 2006, I was married with a young family. I decided to try out the mortgage business as it offered more flexibility. That was a big leap as I didn't have any prior training in finance or mortgage. I had to learn the industry from scratch.”

A graduate of UNCW, the University of North Carolina Wilmington, Nagle is licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida and Michigan, but focuses on the Wilmington area. That's where he and his wife of 20 years live with their three children and a Shih Tzu. When not working, Nagle travels for kid's sports events — soccer, volleyball, cheerleading and tennis.
