Movement Mortgage hires Branch Leader Chris Hutchens in expanding South Atlantic Region
WILMINGTON, NC — Movement Mortgage, the nation's sixth-largest retail mortgage lender, has recruited Chris Hutchens as Branch Leader serving homebuyers and real estate agents in Wilmington, North Carolina, and vicinity.
Hutchens (NMLS #117377) has been in the home financing industry for over a quarter of a century. He most recently spent eight years as VP of Mortgage Lending and Branch Manager at Guaranteed Rate. Before that, Hutchens was a loan officer at Alpha Mortgage, staying with the company for 17 years. “I worked for a bank right out of college, then quickly decided that the mortgage industry was a lot more appealing, and here I am 25 years later,” says Hutchens.

A native of North Carolina, Hutchens was born in High Point and moved to Wilmington in 1989 to attend UNCW, University of North Carolina Wilmington. He's been dedicated to the Wilmington community ever since.
