NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana — Movement Mortgage, the nation's sixth-largest retail mortgage lender, has brought Debbie Campo into the fold to provide home-financing guidance and loan products to prospective homebuyers in New Orleans and its immediate surroundings.

Campo (NMLS #112030) joined the company after 25 years in the mortgage industry. Before coming to Movement, Campo spent more than a decade as a Mortgage Executive at IberiaBank serving homeowners in the New Orleans/metropolitan region. Prior to that, she founded Campo Mortgage Company, operating as a mortgage broker for nearly 10 years.

While still in its early days, the move to Movement seems like a perfect match. “We are thrilled to have Debbie,” said Market Leader Patty Battard (NMLS # 419402). “She is truly aligned with our culture of loving and valuing people.”

Campo agrees and cites the nonprofit Movement Foundation as a big selling point during the recruitment process. Movement Foundation uses profits from Movement Mortgage to invest in underserved communities, schools and affordable housing.

“Movement has the core values that I believe in and provides world-class customer service to homeowners in our community,” she said. “The Movement Foundation is a testimony of their continuous commitment to giving back to the communities they serve.”

“We are honored Debbie and her team have chosen to join Forces with Movement Mortgage,” says Regional Director Jonathan Garrick (NMLS # 1464288). “Debbie has a heart for helping others and that is very much in line with who we are as a company!”

When not helping prospective homeowners get the financing they need, Campo enjoys spending time with her mother and her family, who all live near her home in Metairie, a suburb to the north of New Orleans.
