With over 50 years of combined experience in home financing, the Florida Lending Group, powered by Movement Mortgage and led by Area Branch Leader David Sheir (NMLS #367620), has approximately $200 million in volume. Prior to joining Movement, Sheir led teams at Cornerstone Home Lending, Guaranteed Rate and Bank of America. At Movement, Sheir's leadership will be augmented by Michele Smith (NMLS #2022935), who herself has over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
